REFUND POLICY

📜 Terms of Service – Sayonara Shop

Thank you for supporting Sayonara Shop. Every product is prepared with love and care. Please read our store policies carefully before placing your order.


🚚 Shipping Policy

    •    Orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

    •    We ship domestic orders via USPS

    •    A tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been shipped

    •    We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once the package has been dispatched


📦 Returns & Exchanges

    •    We do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been shipped

    •    Please double-check your order (items, sizes, and address) before completing your purchase

    •    Exceptions apply only if the item arrives damaged or incorrect


💔 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item:

    •    Contact us within 5 days of delivery

    •    Send clear photos of: the damaged or incorrect item and packing

    •    Once reviewed, we will either: send a replacement at no additional cost, or issue a refund (if applicable)


📬 Incorrect Shipping Address

    •    Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

    •    We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses

    •    If a package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping
